Associate Attorney
Andrew Clark is an associate at the law firm of Rubenstein Berliner and Shinrod. Mr. Clark has been practicing in the area of Workers’ Compensation for more than 10 years. He handles workers’ compensation cases from inception through trial. His practice is focused on representing Petitioners in various courts in New Jersey, but extends to employers who have been wrongfully denied coverage by their workers’ compensation insurers. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers in 1993 and received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall School of Law in 1996. He is a member of the Justice James A. Coleman Workers Compensation Inns of Court, the Council on Occupational Safety and Health, the National Employment Lawyers Association – New Jersey, and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
