Managing Partner Richard B. Rubenstein is a founding director of Kids’ Chance of New Jersey. His work with Kids’ Chance has shepherded dozens of young people through college, pursuing their dreams after the loss or catastrophic injury to a parent in a workplace injury. The Richard & JoAnn Rubenstein/RRBS scholarship is awarded annually to help a worthy scholar afford the cost of a college education. Kids’ Chance is a historic partnership between an attorney for injured workers and all of the other stakeholders in the system, from physicians to insurance carriers, to vendors of medical and other services, all for the benefit of the children of injured workers.
