Partner
Mr. Berliner is a 1990 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. He is married and has three children. As a partner of the firm, Mr. Berliner is responsible for handling the firm’s complex civil and commercial litigation cases in the areas of personal injury, products liability, construction site accident cases, medical malpractice and all automobile and trucking accident cases. He is the current Municipal Prosecutor for the Twp. of Livingston and handles the defense of DWI and traffic related offenses in Morris, Union, Bergen and nearby counties. Mr. Berliner is also designated counsel for a Certified Development Corporation responsible for closing SBA 504 loan transactions for small businesses in New Jersey.
Mr. Berliner has over 30 years of experience and practices in all courts in the State of New Jersey. He is a member of NJAJ, Essex County Bar Association, Municipal Prosecutors Association and the NJ State Bar Association.
