Richard B. Rubenstein, managing partner of Rubenstein, Berliner & Shinrod, LLC, has practiced in the area of workers compensation since 1985, representing both Petitioners and Respondents in every Court in New Jersey. He also represents injured Longshoremen, and plaintiffs in personal injury and professional negligence claims. A frequent lecturer and author on the subject of workers compensation, he is Co-Chair of the Council on Safety and Health of NJ. He is a Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Workers’ Compensation Trial Attorney, and a Fellow of the American College of Workers’ Compensation Attorneys. Mr. Rubenstein is the named author of the Lexis-Nexis Practice Guide to New Jersey Workers’ Compensation, in its 5th Edition.
